The SMART Walker^TM meets the need for a device to safely and effectively help children with cerebral palsy (or similar medical conditions) to learn to stand and walk using an effective hands-free support device consists of two main components: an orthosis (or brace) that fits around the child's pelvis and lower limbs, and a light-weight yet sturdy wheeled frame.
